Select Media: what's the difference between Done and OK?

On optical media and using Recycle Media, when the next DVD is needed, I get Needs Media: [Choose...] in the console. When click on the [Choose...] button, I get the Select media drop-down panel.

 

It has several buttons at the bottom, one of which is Done, another is OK. If I load the required media, and click on OK, the backup proceeds. If I click on Done instead, the panel closes and nothing appears to happen.

 

Does something in fact happen when Done is clicked? Would it be a bit clearer if the button was labelled Cancel?
