Can't access Backup Set RestorePoint, error -645 (chunk file damaged during save)

This knowledge base article talks about error -645: http://kb.retrospect.com/articles/en_US/Retrospect_Article/Windows-Internal-Consistency-Check-and-Configuration-Errors/?q=645&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

If you have additional questions, please contact Support. Thanks.

That didn't help much, tried to follow that lot, looked at Tools/ but no repair option, so I cannot fix this, I will probably end up chucking this Iomega out and buying something more reliable, unless someone knows a fix?

Thanks for reply
