cgood603
Whenever I try to do a complete backup, I get the message, "There is not enough space to store this backup. Click here to make changes." It used to work fine, but now it goes to this message. I operate on Windows XP and have Retrospect version 2.5.113 and I have been backing up to and Iomega external HD. The hard drive shows to have plenty of unused space???????
ChrisBrown1000
Have you solved this problem? I have the same problem. It worked fine doing daily backups for 3 months and then failed. I've just submitted a support request and am waiting for a response.
Cygnis
You may need to give Retrospect a bigger portion of the available disk space to use. Try clicking: Configure -> Backup Sets -> (backup set name) -> Members -> Properties What is the "use at most" section set to? Can it be increased to a larger amount?
