Engine crash when copying tape to disk

Retro 9.0.1.401 - copying 3 tape sets to a single disk set. End of log says that operation completed.

Crash log attached.

 

Interestingly, when the engine crashed, evidence of the "activity" evaporated. Only the log entries show that I did the copy. I have not yet "repaired" the disk set. I presume that it actually finished, but I can't be sure....

 

Tail end of the log looks like this. Note the confusion, as though it was flushed out of order.....

(not clear from the log here is that the copy-tape-to-disk operation copied 6 tapes and thousands of files to the disk set, and there is no evidence of that in the log.....)
