Similar to this post: http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/75862-trouble-with-exchange-backup/ When we have an account that is created in Exchange 2010 the mailbox can´t be backed up. And then the "top of information store" is named in Swedish "Överst i informationsarkivet". But if the account is created in Exchange 2003 and is migrated to Exchange 2010 "top of information store" is named "top of information store" and the account can be backed up. Error message is: T-9: TMailboxFind::Init: GetContentsTable failed on folder 'test 2\System'., winerr -2147467259, error -3420 Scanning incomplete, error -3420 ( unknown) Anyone have a soloution?
