Blue Screen Error 0X00000024

I've installed and setup Retrospect Professional Version 7.6.123. I was also running Diskeeper (Auto Defrag on C:) and got a Blue Screen error with 0x00000024 (0x001902FE, 0xF780D6940, 0xF78D663C, 0xBA7B5AE8), NTFS.sys. The message suggested Anti-Virus (Norton 360), disk defrag (Diskeeper 2011), backup (Retrospect).

I ran a CHKDSK on C: (chkdsk C: /f) and found no errors. The system booted fine and is running normally now.

Any ideas, or experiences with this error? I turned off Diskeeper Auto Defrag on C: as some of the answers suggested on Microsoft Support point to trying to open, move or defrag some Windows files.
