The PC hard drive failed and I would like to know how to get a copy of the software to restore my files from the external drive they are backed up on. Thanks. Cygnis Posted October 5, 2011 Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 If you still have your v7.6 serial number, you can download the "Retrospect 7.6 for Windows Installer" from here: http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/retrospect/archived.html But that installer might not work for an 'Express' version of Retrospect, which you may have had if your copy was bundled with an external drive. In that case, you might have to search elsewhere (e.g. the drive manufacturer's website) for a suitable installer.
