I'm six years old using Retrospect but now I've serious problems: 1)There are no sufficient resources, empty stream packet, tid 71. 2)I attach "elem.cpp-1138.txt" OS: Windows Server 2003 R2 version 5.2 (build 3790), Service Pack 2, (64 bit) Application: C:\Program Files\Retrospect\Retrospect 7.7\Retrospect.exe, version 7.7.562 Exception occurred on 28/09/2011 at 18:28:24 Error info: Assertion failure at "elem.cpp-1138" Exception code: E0000000 ASSERTION Fault address: 77D4DD50 0001:0000CD50 kernel32.dll Thread ID: 00000910, Name: Execution thread 3)I can't read the "error -645" solution about Dantz knowledgebase web, the link is bronk! TITLE: Error -645 Chunk File Damaged During Save Discussion This error can happen when corruption exists to a temporary can happen when corruption exists to a temporary file used by Retrospect... fulcostiva Posted October 4, 2011 Report Share Posted October 4, 2011 Our systemis also suffering from “elem.cpp-11” errors (see thread “Assertion Failure Atelem.cpp-1138”). The frequencybetween crashes is decreasing, and is now 3 days. Retrospectis becoming unusable. Thesuggesting from support, removing the “config.dat” file, and recreating allsettings is not an option.
