f550cac2-62d8-465a-8d41-c43a224d6d9b
I've been using a Primera OptiVault DVD library, which included Retrospect 7.0 when I've bought it, I've been using it to archive an Exchange server. I've just upgraded the software to 7.7 version and the software will not use the robotics in the device, as it needs to auto-load the DVDs to either print or burn. Does anybody use a library with this software, and if so, what kind of device as manufacturer and model? I will appreciate the tip. Thank you! I don't see the Primera OptiVault device under the Device Manager, but Retrospect has an option in the Configure/Devices setting to disable Removable Storage in Services, looking there I can see it is set to Manual. Thank you for your reply! Edited September 7, 2011 by JCAlexandres
