troonbop Posted September 17, 2006 Report Share Posted September 17, 2006 While backing up my device hangs up on "Deleted Items. dbx" and won't continue. I have to reboot to get out of this. I have encountered this before with other cookies or files and have resolved it by deleting the offending item. This time, the file is empty. I understand this is where Outlook stores deleted messages, i always keep it empty. I've run virus checks, the usual. Any advice, I'll thank you in advance.
