dlbrown37 Posted September 9, 2006 Report Share Posted September 9, 2006 The Retrospect Express 7.5 Help windows do not display icons on my computer. Only graphic image place holders are shown. The computer is a Gateway GT5098E computer (AMD Athlon 64 X2 processor 3800+, 1GB RAM) running Windows XP Media Center Edition. How can I get the Help screens to show the actual icon graphics? Retrox Posted September 10, 2006 Report Share Posted September 10, 2006 I need HELP also! I have the same problem! I called Customer Service/Support earlier today. They said they will look in to the problem. Not exactly what I was looking for in the way of Help. They suggested that I call Westen Digital, which came with RE. I have a new WD My Book Pro Edition.
