nigelw Posted August 3, 2006 Report Share Posted August 3, 2006 Hi everyone, I've just ordered a Hewlett Packard server with 1Tb of disk and a 200/400Gb Ultrium 2 tape drive, and Retrospect MultiServer with Exchange and SQL agents. The plan is to use D2D2T strategy and run progressive backups of all servers (3 x Win2003, 1 x SQL2000, 1 x Exchange2003, 1 x Win2000, 1 x WinNT) nightly with a weekly archive to Tape. I'd like to run 4 rotating offsite backup sets. Is there a preferred strategy for this? 2 of the 2003 servers are on the other end of a 2Mb WAN link.
