cbrandt64 Posted June 27, 2006 Report Share Posted June 27, 2006 I have had to install a new hard drive in my computer and have then used the restore feature in Retrospect Express HD. My old user was passworded and my new user is not. My issue comes when trying to access the restored files. I am getting an "Access Denied" and I think it is due to the old user password.
