Has anyone experienced this???

I have had to install a new hard drive in my computer and have then used the restore feature in Retrospect Express HD. My old user was passworded and my new user is not. My issue comes when trying to access the restored files. I am getting an "Access Denied" and I think it is due to the old user password.


Can anyone tell me if this is the case and how to possibly rectify the issue??
