We are using a Dell PowerEdge 4600 running Windows Server 2003 with an internal IBM Ultrium-TD2 SCSI Sequential Device. The tape drive is not displayed under the "Environment" tab of the Storage Devices window. Although, the drive is displayed in the Windows Hardware Managment window. I searched Dantz website. I searched for the drive under the updates and in the supported devices list. I could not find this drive unless it is identified under a different name in the Dantz site. Is the IBM Ultrium-TD2 SCSI Sequential Device supported Backup Single Server v6.5.336 or another version of the Retrospect backup software? Thank you for your assistance.
