Problems restoring snapshot/Folder structure backed up but most folders empty?

Hi

 

We've tried to restore a snapshot using Immediate Restore > Restore Files from a Backup. The snapshot appears to be present in the backup set and can be browsed, but following the restore process I get the message 'State information not restored, can't access Snapshot'.

 

On looking at the restore destination, the folder structures are present but most of the folders are empty. Why are the folders not backed up, & why can we not access the Snapshot?

 

We're running version 5.6.132 on Windows.
