exel2000 Posted April 4, 2006 Report Share Posted April 4, 2006 Has any one else had any issues with Retrospect 7 or 7.5 with the Exabyte packetloaders using firewire? I have two and haven't been able to use either of them without "Catalog out of sync" errors. One worked for a while then it stopped too. Driving me insane. One has the most current firmware and one does not. No difference. I've repeated this on two separate computers with two separate loaders and with two separate firewire cards. Doesn't matter if I create new backup sets, or use new tapes. The minute it tries to backup a second source, boom, catatlog out of sync. Tried pretty much everything I can think of to fix it.
