Shinaberry Posted October 4, 2005 Report Share Posted October 4, 2005 In knowledge base article 5290 there was the following comment: "Asante 10/100 Ethernet card : A bug in this network card causes the Macintosh to hang with TCP/IP. Asante's version 2.4 or later of the Mac 10/100 driver takes care of the problem with the card. The new driver disk image is posted on Asante's web site." This sounds like the exact problem that I am having, but it occurs while using version 2.4.1 of the ethernet driver under Mac OS X 10.4.2. I've had this card for quite a while, going back to 10.2, and have not had any issues until I upgraded to 10.4.
