bishopgg Posted May 7, 2002 Report Share Posted May 7, 2002 I just installed Retrospect Express 5.6.132 on a Dell Latitude CPi (400MHz/256MB RAM/Win 98SE) and every time I launch the client, it takes the entire CPU (for instance - start software, hit 'cancel' to not set up autmatic stuff, go to Configure, hit devices -> CPU pegged until I shut down the client, which takes about a minute). It appears that backups are failing with similar symptoms (after about 10MB, the backup fails and it appears that the CPU is pegged).
