Cbarnhorst Posted March 29, 2005 Report Share Posted March 29, 2005 I encountered an error starting yesterday (Windows 6.5) in which Retro would start a backup job and immediately close with the error: Scanning incomplete, error -1103 (write protected) The solution appears to be to run chkdsk on the source volume.
