jlmillermd Posted March 21, 2005 Report Share Posted March 21, 2005 New user to Retrospect Single Server. Proactive backup working okay but receiving "Can't access registry for "S-1-5-21 . . . stavroska Posted March 21, 2005 Report Share Posted March 21, 2005 Probably a leftover from an old user profile. Check the registry entry on the workstation(s), somewhere you will find a key with a value pointing to a nonexisting directory/file. Delete the key. error should go away.
