Recovering "CompanyWeb" and associated files

I had been having no end of trouble backing up exchange on my SBS2003 (Standard) and a hardware failure was an opputunity to reinstall the whole server. I had taken (what I hoped were) pretty extensive backups using Retrospect (SBS edition). I built the system from scratch, used cached exchange data to repopulate the exchange server and the backups to restore user files. Everything is now fine my hardware is fixed and my problem with backing up exchange has gone.

 

All that remains is to restore the CompanyWeb and its lists, documents, announcements etc. Unfortunatley, I cannot find how to restore just that part of the server. Is it simply a matter of restoring "Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL$SHAREPOINT\" or is that too simple?
