Exchange Info Store

I am using Retrospect 7.0 Multi-Server and Exchange 5.5 on a different servers. Retrospect is running on Windows 2000 Adv Server SP4 and Exchange is running on WinNT 4.0 SP6a. I can connect to the server and backup the disk volumes. However, in the volumes window the Exchange Database icon is dim and when I highlight the Mailboxes and hit the Mailboxes button I get the following error:


-523 Service Transaction Error


I have already looked in the Knowledge Base, but did not find anything that fit my situation. I have verified that there is updated client software on the server.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
