cardlady47 Posted February 19, 2005 Report Share Posted February 19, 2005 I just installed a Maxtor One Touch II External Hard drive and installed this software. I backedup my whole computer. Now I would like to open the Drive G and explore and be able to open files like I do on Drive C. When I click on the My computer and then on Drive G, the only thing I see is files entitled Restore and then a rbc catalogue. In that file are files that have code numbers but when I click on them they do not open. I may not understand the workings of this external hard drive, but I thought I would be able to place files on it and then be able to delete them from drive C and still be able to open them as I do with drive C.
