gort Posted February 16, 2005 Report Share Posted February 16, 2005 Using Win XP professional and TDK and PLextor 712A CD drives I get a hang when trying to configure the devices for Retropect 6.5. awnews Posted February 16, 2005 Report Share Posted February 16, 2005 Try CTRL-ALT-P-P and check "use NT SCSI Passthrough". Close Retrospect and restart (may want to reboot but I don't think you have to), and see if Retro runs the config without a hang. I once "cured" a Retro-caused blue-screen with this (was with Retro 5.x or 6.0). If you're already running in this mode, you could flip and try ASPI instead.
