FYI: Article 5619 ================================= (6.5.350) I need to restore my system state (Registry) to it's state on Jan 2nd, 05. The Users Guide is not very specific about this process. It reads that the "System State" is automatically restored when one selects to restore the "Windows" directory from a restore point selected from a snapshot. So far, so good! I have a snapshot from that day. Do I need to restore the entire windows directory to get the registry restored? I have a backup of an exported registry saved in folder "Regback", but it dates back to Oct, 04... Exporting the registry every day is a hassle! The users guide says nothing about restoring just the registry from a snapshot... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
