owenink
I have an iMac G5 with a SuperDrive model Matshita DVD-R UJ-825. I am unable to get Retrospect Desktop to configure the drive. Every time I try, the app stops responding and the spinning colored pinwheel appears as Desktop tries to determine the writing method. Dantz tells me that auto-configure works well with some drives, but not others, and can be picky about media. So, has anyone properly configured Retrospect to work with the stock drives that ship inside this very popular Apple model?
