fizzz Posted October 22, 2004 Report Share Posted October 22, 2004 Hi I have 2 Macs G5 running OSX Jaguar on the network which have the same client activator codes: i gave my single proc to a co-worker and got 2 new G5 dual proc, in the process of exchanging the machines something happen. How they both got the same codes? The problem is that I cannot get rid of the old client codes to install new ones. I deleted all i could find with the name "retro*" in both machines, reinstall the clients, Nada. The 3d mac running Retrospect sees the 2 other clients with the same activator codes. I also reinstall Retrospect in the 3d machine. Nada, niente, same old story. How can I deactivate, remove the codes from one client and reinstall new ones?
