tandj
Hi everyone, I'm a newbie here and just got a WD external drive using Retrospect 6.5.342. Trouble is I've plugged it all in and it works but when I try to copy files larger than 2GB it says the disk is full. Having looked around here for the answer it seems the drive may not be formatted to NTFS standard (thus allowing 200GB files!). When I go to FormatPro it cant find the drive and just shows NONE. Can somebody point me in the right direction please. I'm sure you've all come across this before and apologies if this gets asked by every newbie!
