Currently, there is no tape media find in the retrospect -> devices. retrospect see the tape drive (IBM Ultrium 3 DC) but doesn't detect any tapes. I have loaded couple tapes into the tape library and it shows in the tape device utility. We have retrospect Multi server 7.7 installed with the latest updates.
