dmgaddy Posted April 3, 2007 Report Share Posted April 3, 2007 Anyone had this problem? Added a user to Exchange. Within an hour, changed the user name in Active Directory. Now Retrospect is trying to backup a mailbox which doesn't exist. I removed the previous user name shapshots from the backup set then groomed. Still getting a error every half hour saying Exchange is incomplete. So the KB article (see below) says to "remove the inactive mailbox from your backup script."
