System backup, getting 2 instead of 1

When I do a full system backup, and even though I select "I want one backup for everything.", I always get two backups. No matter which option I select (1, 2, or more) I still get two backups.

Does anyone know why this might be happening. Tried contacting Dantz, but there is a long wait. At 62, I can't wait too long.

Thanks

It says backup 1 of 2. And, when the first finishes, the second one starts, even though I have selected "I want one backup for everything."

I always cancel the second backup as soon as it start, but I like to do unattended backups.

Thanks

Hi

Thanks for the info.

I would guess that your backup is set up to backup more than one disk. The first backup is your C drive and the second is another disk on your machine.

Launch Retrospect and go to automate->scripts. Click on edit to see what is selected as the source for your script. If you only want to back up the C drive make sure the C drive is the _only_ thing showing up the the sources section.

Thanks

Nate
