lfbnyc
Hi- The following is my configuration: Powermac G4 533Mhz 768MB RAM Mac OS X 10.3.3 Retrospect Server v6.0.193 ATTO ExpressPCI UL3S-66 Ultra3 SCSI Card firmware 1.6.6f0 Updated ATTO Panther driver & config tool (installed as root) Overland NEO 2000 LTO1 Dantz Compatability Matrix link The library appears in the Storage Devices window, however, when I attempt to execute a backup (immediate or scripted), Retrospect complains that it "can't find any tape storage devices." It is listed as Qualified in the Dantz compatability matrix- however, there is a small "caution" yellow exclamation point next to its listing with no explanation of potential issues. Any experiences using the NEO 2000 LTO on Retro Server OS X? Thoughts, suggestions? thanks! L.
natew
Hi Can you post a screenshot of the device as listed in configure-devices->device status? Is the loader running in native mode (no emulation)? Have you tried changing IDs or luns? Can you drag tapes into the drive in the Retrospect configure->devices window? Thanks Nate
