AmyJ
The Samsung SV0602H is not natively supported in Retrospect. However, our latest release, Retrospect 6.5, has a built-in auto-configurator that can build a driver for most unsupported CD/DVD drives. See the following tutorial for details. CD and DVD drives can be configured: http://www.dantz.com/index.php3?SCREEN=kbase&ACTION=KBASE&id=27811
dschanin
I have the same problem w/6.5. I have a Samsung SM-332B, but when I right click on the unit under Storage Devices -> Environment, Configure CD is grayed out! Any idea why it will not let me configure the drive? Thanks.
