Is Support and Maintenance worth the money?

Hello! I've been using Retrospect Express for Macintosh for a couple of years and am very happy with it. Now I'm looking towards getting Professional for the PC-Mac workgroup I have to take care of. I've never needed to contact customer support yet, so I'm wondering if the support bundle is worth it--do other people find it so? It seems a bit steep for one year. Any opinions from anyone?

Hi

 

If you don't contact support very often it is best to just consider the cost of the upgrade and decide from there. In your case it may be cheaper just to buy an upgrade later.

 

The nice thing about support is that it is unlimited so you can get help with backup stratiegies, new features, fine tuning etc...
