Seagate TapeStor, 20GB Travan USB, not found without administrator privileges

I have Win 2000 Pro SP4

 

I have installed Retrospect software with the administrator account on my computer, and installed the Tapestor, and all works fine.

 

When I log with my user account, the devices manager of Retrospect don't find the Tapestor. But it is in the Devices Manager of Control Panel: Seagate STT20000A USB Device

 

When I give to my user account the administrator privileges, the devices manager of retrospect find the Tapestor.

 

How can I use Tapestor with Retrospect, without the adminstrator privileges to my user account?

 

Is it possible to post this question directly to Dantz Support Service

You must have administrator priveleges to run Retrospect.
