Tech support will not reply to e-mails

Dear Group:

 

We have recently bought a Plextor SCSI CD-RW that came with Retrospect 6.0. We then purchased Retropsect 6.5 and have sent tech support several e-mails concerning problems we are having. We have not heard from them since.

 

Dantz used to have excellent tech support when we purchased an Apple 9150 WorkGroup Server back in 1996.

 

Does anyone know what the problem might be?
