jetget
I created "Disaster Recovery" disks (CD's) subsequent to my first Immediate Backup. I burned the CD after the "ISO" file was saved to the hard drive. I tried to boot up with the disks with no success. Other emergency disks work as boot disks for the XP system. Has anybody had this problem?
Mayoff
What do you see on the CD? Does it show the .iso file or does it show a bunch of files?
jetget
The CD just indicates the .iso file.
natew
Hi, You need to burn the CD using the "create cd from cd image" for a CD to be bootable. Your cd writer program will have info on how to do that. Nate
jetget
Natew, Windows XP was used to burn the disk. There is no CD writer program or "create cd from cd image" option. Any other suggestions?
natew
Hi Unfortunately I don't think Windows XP includes this feature. You are going to have to get Nero or EZCD creator or something similar. Nate
