Guest
I have a G3/333, with 512k RAM, running OS 9.2 and an external Pioneer 105 DVD-RW. After installing the software that came with the drive... I connect the drive via USB, and the system recognizes it in the System Profiler, and I'm able to play a DVD/CD. But when I try to burn something the program I'm using (Toast 5.1) doesn't see it as a recording device. I use the "find recording drive" function but it just says "nothing found please check connections". I can't figure out why it's not seeing it? Is it something within Toast? If so is there another program I can use to burn? Is there something else I'm supposed to download? I'm stumped, any help would be appreciated. Thanks pgriff
Mayoff
If you are having trouble using this device with Toast, you may want to contact Roxio. Are you having a problem using Retrospect?
