Looking at "Preview" I see the following: 7710 files 708 MBytes (100%) need to copy 5 file 458 K This total does not really add up to the 1.31 GBytes that my C disc contains. Why the difference when I choose "no compression?" Preview also shows some files with a green gear logo (activity monitor). What does this mean? After backing up to my E disc I see the following: A000000 - 614,408K A000001 - 110,524K A000002 - 5,204K Why the 3 separate files (would this be to allow burning onto CDs which can only hold 640K? Also once again this does not total the 1.3 GBytes that I wanted to get from the C disc. Will I really be able to replace everything on the C disc should I need to format and restore?
