arnstein
New user here. I am using Retrospect Pro on a Windows 2000 machine, service pack 4. No client machines. If Retrospect is performing a backup while I'm logged in, then logging out seems to abort the backup in progress. How can I logout without aborting the backup job? Consider also the situation where a backup is in progress, and no one is logged in to my machine. If I log in, the Retrospect user interface appears immediately. Once again, if I log out, the backup job aborts. Thanks in advance for any advice on this issue.
Mayoff
At this time, you can not logout with quitting Retrospect. We are looking at ways to change this in a future release. It requires breaking the "engine" away from the "interface".
