sefeist Posted July 3, 2003 Report Share Posted July 3, 2003 I'm planning to buy a DVD writer. A primary use of the drive will be Retrospect backups to (most likely) DVD+RW. The top contenders right now are the Sony DRU-510A, and the TDK IndiDVD (the + only version, not the +/-). The Sony isn't explicitly supported by Retrospect; the TDK is. Is going with the Sony a bad idea? Can anyone at Retrospect comment on plans for DRU-510A support? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
