2GB Filesize Limit Still Exists

Attempting to back up a Win2K client (With Retrospect Server on OSX); Backup script set to backup "All Files" in a specific defined subvolume. A file there is larger than 2GB, and Retrospect log shows this:

Questions:

 

1) Should I be getting that?

 

If so, why?

 

2) Any way around that?

Currently files on a Windows client that are larger than 2 GB cannot be backed up from the Retrospect application running on a Mac. (The Windows application can do it without problems.)
