Delphi
This morning I come in my company and double click the Retrospect Icon on server destop to get ready to back up, it comes up a message "Retrospect is already in use. Another user on this machine is running Retrospect. Only one useer at a time running Retrospect" I try to log out my admin account from Windows 2000 server, the log back in, it still shoing the same message. Can anyone please tell me what to do from here? The manual does not state anything about this. Thanks so much Delphi
AmyJ
Are you using Terminal Services? If someone is using Terminal Services to access Retrospect, the session will have to be terminated before Retrospect will become available to the local machine. Mayoff
Changes to Retrospect 6.5 include a new option for terminal services which fixes this issue: http://www.dantz.com/index.php3?SCREEN=kbase&ACTION=KBASE&preview=y&id=27750

Delphi
See, my company is not planning upgrading to 6.5. And I trie dto end process in terminal service manager but it would not let me end retrospect.exe because permission denied. Is there anyway I can go around this?
