no back up devices found

I just purchased a Buslink USB2.0 Hard Drive. It came with your software Retrospect 5.6.127 OEM for Buslink.

I am using Windows 2000 Professional.

 

When trying to backup , after all the files have been scanned for back up I get a screen indicating that NO Removable Disk Was Found.

 

When I promp DEVICES in your program it says that NO BACKUP DEVICES FOUND.

 

Buslink is working correct when Diagnosed with ADD/Remove Hardware on my Control Panel.

 

 

Please try and find out what I may be doing incorrectly
