Darrin
A functionality question please: Does Retrospect track files already backed up / versions by backup set or by backup script? Eg. if I run a recycle backup script "1" to backup set "1", then a normal backup script "1" to backup set "2" the following day, will Retrospect back up only the changed files to set 2, or all files on the selected volumes in script "1" again? Thanks!
AmyJ
Data is matched within a backup set. Backup Set 1 and Backup Set 2 cannot compare themselves for matching purposes. The backup set is essentially a container for data. The backup script is like a macro - it tells Retrospect what to do, and when to do it.
