tmerrick
I have recently purchased a new mac running OS X and need to get a client for it that will run on my retrospect 5.5 server (windows). Do I need to upgrade retrospect or just simply install the client? I am new to this as our last network admin has just left, please be specific. AmyJ
You'll need to upgrade to Retrospect 6.0. Version 5.5 cannot backup OS X clients - this functionality was not avaialble until the 6.0 release. http://www.dantz.com/upgrades/
tmerrick
If I buy that upgrade will I need to buy upgrades for all of my clients (mostly windows) as well.
AmyJ
Single-Server and Multi-Server come with unlimited clients. Professional does not come with any clients, but client packs or client upgrades are available for purchase.
