Unattended script backup problem

I am using Retrospect 6 Professional on WinXP professional.

 

When an unattended script is running, a Retrospect backup process

starts and a new task appears in my taskbar. However, when I click

on the task, the window frame maximizes but I still see my background.

I cannot monitor the backup process. The backup job works good

however and closes normally.

 

What is really not good about that, is that if a warning pop-box

appears, or manual intervention is required, then there is no

way for me to take action to remedy the problem.

 

Anyone experience this ?
