hrtmath Posted April 4, 2003 Report Share Posted April 4, 2003 We're running Retrospect 4.3 on a Mac running OS 8.6. We back up a lot of Macs and PC's with client 5.6. One of the PC's running client 5.6 on Windows XP. We haven't been able to back it up for a long time becuase of the following error: Sorry, can't connect to client Error 519 (Network communication failed) We've uninstalled and reinstalled the Window client, and moved the computer to a different location to eliminate network wiring as a cause. When we go to Configure, Clients, we have trouble connecting to the client because of error 541 some of the time. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
