solarpunk
Hello, I was wondering if someone can help me. We bought external 120Gig Firewire hard drive and we are going to set up duplicate the startup hd to the firewire hard drive. My question is, will it duplicate also the system files. The reason i ask this, let say that something happen to the start up hard drive, can i use the external firewire harddrive as the boot up drive which is the duplicate of the start up disk? Thank you, Victor
AmyJ
Yes, this is absolutely possible -- providing your computer has the ability to boot from a Firewire disk.
