Error's Since Upgrade

Help!! Since upgrading to Restropsect 6.0 for Windows I am suffering the following problem. Whenever a scheduled job runs retrospect returns an error of 118 (no empty slots).

 

This is using a Compaq TL891DLX Tape Library and under the previous version 5.x all worked fine.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this would not be working anymore?

 

Any help much appreciated.

Try temporarily removing the Retrospect configuration files from the following path to a safe location:

 

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Retrospect

 

config60

config60.bak

 

Launch Retrospect, enter your code, and set up a job to run a few minutes in the future. Your configuration files may have been corrupted during the upgrade.
